Jason Maynard — CEO
Jason Maynard is the Chief Executive Officer of Qualtrics. He has over 30 years of experience spanning enterprise software, capital markets, and startups. With deep expertise in strategy, go-to-market execution, operations, and finance, Maynard has held leadership roles across multiple stages of growth—from founding and exiting a software startup, to becoming one of Wall Street’s top-ranked equity research analysts, to scaling multibillion-dollar global operations at NetSuite and Oracle. Drawing on this diverse background, Maynard combines strategic insight with operational discipline to build, scale, and lead high-growth organizations. Maynard joined NetSuite in June 2015 and played a key role in scaling the business and driving operational transformation. Following Oracle’s $10 billion acquisition of NetSuite in November 2016, he remained in senior leadership positions within the NetSuite Global Business Unit through June 2022. He was then promoted to Oracle’s corporate organization, where he served as Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations until October 2025. In that role, he led global sales strategy and operations across Oracle’s sales and marketing organization covering the entire enterprise product portfolio. From 2015 to 2022, Maynard held senior leadership roles at NetSuite, culminating in his position as Head of Global Field Operations. He architected and ran NetSuite’s go-to-market engine, spanning sales, marketing, the SuiteSuccess industry solution, alliances, and developer engagement. Following the acquisition, NetSuite grew from under $1 billion in revenue and 11,000 customers to nearly fivefold revenue growth and over 42,000 customers. Earlier in his career, Maynard spent 15 years as a top-ranked equity research analyst at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and Wells Fargo, covering the software and internet sectors. While in graduate school at USC, he co-founded Verix Software, which was acquired by Inference Corporation in 1999. Since then, he has served as an angel investor and advisor to multiple startups, including MuleSoft (acquired by Salesforce), Siperian (acquired by Informatica), Desktone (acquired by VMware), Cacheflow (acquired by HubSpot), and TetraScience. He was also a long-standing member of InformationWeek’s CIO Editorial Advisory Board from 2003 to 2014. Maynard is an advisor and Executive in Residence with Flume Ventures.
