I live and work in Chennai, where I manage a search and selection business under Antal International. Our focus is IT talent, helping GCCs, startups, SaaS, eCommerce, and IT services find the people they need to grow. Within my practice, we have built domain-specific desks covering analytics, AI, BI, software engineering, architects, IT sales, delivery managers, and tech leads. Beyond work, I find balance in endurance sports. Running half-marathons and cycling long distances keep me grounded in patience and consistency.
