• United Action is a non-profit organization that provides support for women newcomers. Currently, its website and public image are under construction. My goal is to grow its presence, build a new structure that allows this new non-profit to increase its resources, and prepare the creation of a Women Center in Kenya. During the following months, a new land will be acquired and I'll be looking for your support to see this project come to fruition.
• United Action e.V was founded by Fatuma Musa, a Somalí raised in Kenya, whose human rights activism has made her be an inspiration for many newcomer women living in Germany. My commitment as a Chair is to protect Fatuma's work and personal liability, and with the new board guide and become the backbone so she can function as its new Managing Director and live from it. As a migrant, I have learned the importance of supporting founders with a migrant background, so their vision and impact can last for many years to come.

• Awarded with two grants from the European Commission through its COSME program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
• Awarded as a ‘distinguished location’/one of the 100 creative landmarks in Germany (2016).
• Awarded with the first Shimon-Peres-Award 2017 for promoting the exchange of social entrepreneurs.
• Quoted by several researchers in the field of innovation, civil society engagement, migrant entrepreneurship, policymaking.
• Up to 2019, MHN matched 9 social projects with companies ending in financial support for them.
• Around 220 organizations were matched with ‘large institutions’ (i.a. foundations), and have leveraged their expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Created, planned and executed development and growth strategies to raise and increase awareness of a unique community forming young people across the world with values and issues that the world needs. Continued and followed up the organisation's Alumni network of over 600 young change makers from 130 different nationalities. Developed events, new relationships and projects with stakeholders, donors and constituents.
