I am a Product Manager at Google currently spearheading the Agentic Analysis space. My work focuses on the next frontier of AI: shifting from reactive chat interfaces to proactive, autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows within the Google ecosystem. I leveraged AI, bot technology, and contact center transitions to modernize service for global clients, managing everything from proactive sales pitches to complex RFP/RFI responses.
