About

Hi, I’m Leigh, pronounced Lee, a Senior Recruiter at Molex, a Koch company. I support hiring across Transportation Innovative Solutions focused on automotive, Global Sales and Marketing, as well as corporate capabilities in Lisle and Global Supply Chain/Procurement. I partner closely with leaders to attract talent that strengthens innovation, operational excellence, and long term business growth. My career foundation began in high volume retail operations leadership, followed by eight years in agency recruiting supporting large scale hourly hiring. Within Koch, my roots are at Georgia-Pacific, where for 4 years I supported Packaging (Corrugated) and other divisions across manufacturing, plant operations, and corporate capabilities. This experience allows me to recruit across the full talent spectrum, from hourly and plant leadership roles to corporate functions and executive leadership. I recruit with a Principle Based Management mindset focused on mutual benefit, long term capability building, and aligning talent with roles where they can create the greatest value. Why It Matters I believe people are what make Molex the preferred partner in the market. Through our principled culture and the capabilities of our employees, we continue to create innovative connectivity solutions that advance industries and improve lives around the world. Helping individuals find roles aligned with their strengths, interests, and aspirations is not just my job, it energizes me. Why Molex and Koch My journey across Koch companies reflects what I value most, principled entrepreneurship, empowered decision making, and a strong commitment to developing people. As a private company, Koch takes a long term view, investing in innovation, capabilities, and our employees without short term market pressures. The culture of trust, ownership, and continuous growth has made this the happiest I have been in my career, and it is why so many people build meaningful, long term careers here. Being part of Koch also provides access to a global network of businesses, opportunities, and career paths grounded in integrity and lifelong learning. Your Career at Molex Molex offers a principle based culture, competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities to grow across technologies, markets, and Koch companies. If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I’d love to connect.
