  • I underwrite new credit requests for our Business Loan Center for several types of loans with aggregate exposure up to $100,000. In this fast paced position, I review financials, communicate with financial center managers and relationship managers with the decision on the loan. I work on deals that go through SBA and conventional. Most of the loans I review are for vehicles, working capital, and equipment purchase, treasury management products, and real estate purchase. I also review title searches, credit bureau reports, secretary of state websites, and other documents necessary to determine the level of risk of a borrower. If a loan is in need I also recommend downgrades and upgrades of credit ratings.
