About

Briant began his recruitment career with HRM3 Asia Pte Ltd. in Jan 2012. Started out as a Consultant, he built the Insurance Desk from scratch, and was given the opportunity to be the Insurance Practice Lead in HRM3 Asia subsequently. In March 2016, he was appointed as the General Manager (GM) of HRM3 Asia Singapore. With a proven track record of continued success in HRM3 Asia Singapore, he went on to set up another office in Malaysia in early 2017 and had since been running the P&L for both Singapore and Malaysia Office. Within 18 months from his GM appointment in HRM3 Asia, the business became profitable (from red to green), for both Singapore and Malaysia office. Briant was headhunted to join RGF as their Head of BFSI in Jan 2019, and his immediate task was to set up the BFSI Team from scratch. In RGF, he was leading and managing a team of Specialist Recruiters, and he served all his buy-side and sell-side clients across Asia Pacific. In the recent years, Briant has created the Growth Scenario Planning Model (GSPM), this model deploys a unique set of methodologies to analyze the weakness and gaps of Consultants, and using a derived framework developed by Briant, this has allowed him to unleash the competencies/ potential of each individual Consultant over time. On several occasions, Briant was invited by Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Employment and Employability Institute and Singapore Polytechnic, as a Guest Speaker to share about his insights/ experiences about Wealth Management & Asset Management industry. On Feb 2022, Briant was invited by Asian Wealth Community, to share about his insights on Hiring & Salary Trends in 2022.
