Dushyant has the imagination to compensate for what he is not, and a sense of humour to console for what he is. Apart from being in leadership roles in the financial services industry, he has been a co-founder of two failed start-ups. The first one helped talent meet opportunities in sports. And the second one allowed users to listen to audio stories of places around them on Google Maps. He has helped thousands of professionals, unLearn and make their professional journey more meaningful in the last decade. He also helps his teenage daughter run a non-profit organization that she set up. Letters for Change (www.lettersforchange.ngo) is a completely student run initiative. Dushyant has worked with more than a thousand students from the top colleges and institutes. He has helped them discover their potential and blossom to become fine professionals. Dushyant is an avid driver who has completed the Golden Quadrilateral drive. He has driven on some of the most treacherous roads in the Himalayas, including some of the highest passes there. He is a student of history and culture, a co-traveller with his two daughters in their quest to discover the world.
