• As a principal designer, took full product design ownership for various projects like Cyber Fraud Protection program and Healthcare Service program. Closely worked with stakeholders and overseas team to understand product deliverables and product migration process, worked with Business Analysts to curate end to end product flow, researched and analyzed market positions, target audiences and user journeys, created IA, wireframes, prototypes and end designs, worked with the team of developers to get the product developed and launched.
