About

I’m a Principal content strategist and storyteller who believes great narratives do more than just explain - they shift how people think In my role leading global business content at Thoughtworks, I shape the stories behind some of our most complex and innovative work, turning technical depth, customer transformation, and emerging AI themes into narratives that feel clear, credible, and genuinely engaging. My path into content wasn’t typical. I spent ten years as a Lead Business Analyst, which taught me how to sit inside complexity, find the signal, and translate it into something people can actually connect with. That mix of analytical grounding and creative craft is still at the heart of how I work. I’m also a people leader. I mentor and develop a team of writers and content specialists, helping them grow their voice, confidence, and editorial judgment. I use AI in a pragmatic, creative way, as a tool that sharpens thinking and strengthens storytelling, not one that replaces it. I work best at the intersection of story, strategy, and leadership. Whether setting long-term content direction, guiding teams through ambiguity, or partnering with senior stakeholders, I care about clarity, cohesion, and work that truly resonates. Always learning. Always raising the bar. Always telling human stories in a technical world.
