• Technical Owner for a portfolio of Customer Servicing and Communications Applications
• Worked on managing development for Web Applications with Microservices architecture and building API services for chatbot systems
• Portfolio included CRM system, Interactive WhatsApp and Webchat bot, Agency Recruitment and Licensing application, Payment Module Implementation, Customer Policy Portal and Corporate Communication Framework
• Core Responsibility was to manage all stages of Product Life Cycle and Project Governance:
• 1. Requirement Gathering: Collate requirements from business stakeholders, analysis of user feedbacks and insights from application metrics to identify areas of improvement as well as required features and technical debts
• 2. Requirement Documentation: Designing of user flow, Reviewing Business Requirement Document with stakeholders, writing corresponding Functionality Specification document and creating high level technical approach document in collaboration with dev team
• 3. Project Planning and Tracking: Creating project timelines basis efforts and availability of Dev resources. Tracking project completion of each item of decided WBS and ownership of completion of each WBS as planned
• 4. Testing: Reviewing System Integration Testing conducted by development team and releasing project for UAT to concerned stakeholder. Creating Testing scenarios and managing testing support during UAT Bug Fixes and their documentation.
• 5. Release and Production Support: On receiving testing sign off, Updating Technical documents and creating SOP for Production Support team for each release. Planning Production movement and aligning all resources and go live plan

• An AI project aimed at automating the identification of various sentiments from textual comments and feedback
• This project utilized natural language processing techniques to analyze the language used in various reviews and classify them as either positive, negative, or neutral
• After detecting the sentiment of each feedback, I conducted an analysis of the number of reviews of each type against each other across different time frames and locations
• To aid the presentation of this data, I created a dashboard for visualization purposes, along with a word cloud to illustrate frequently used terms.

• o Identify the competitor and their niche across different categories of clients
• o Find about the industry trends and opportunities
• o Recommend strategies to improve their position in the SI Industry
