I've spent 19 years at the intersection of technology and commerce — building products, platforms, and businesses that didn't exist before. At Tata Neu, as CBO, I ran multi-category P&L and growth strategy across grocery, health, fashion, and luxury — scaling the platform to $1B+ GMV. I led product strategy, personalization, and Neu's first AI-powered shopping experiences while aligning legacy Tata brands into a unified digital platform. At Udaan, I was part of the founding team and built the Food/FMCG business from scratch to $1B+ annual GMV, serving 250K+ kirana stores across 30+ cities. Full P&L and cross-functional ownership across supply chain, credit, category, and product. The role was later formalized as CEO — Food & FMCG. Earlier at Flipkart, I led category management, supply chain strategy, and Ekart monetization — helping shape Flipkart's early commerce and logistics engine. I began my career at P&G and J&J — grounding me in consumer fundamentals, brand thinking, and execution discipline. Each chapter has been about being at the centre of a technology shift and building something consequential on top of it. I am now focused on doing that with AI.
