I build analytics and AI systems that drive business growth, not just reporting. Over the past 14+ years, I have led analytics across high-scale consumer businesses including Pocket FM, CoinSwitch, Dunzo and Ola, working at the intersection of product, growth and monetisation. My focus has been simple: use data to move core business metrics. From improving acquisition and retention, to optimizing monetization and profitability, to building systems that enable faster and better decision-making across teams. In my current role, I lead Marketing Analytics at Pocket FM, where I work closely with growth and product teams to scale user acquisition, improve retention and drive revenue efficiency across global markets. More recently, my work has evolved towards building AI-led decision intelligence systems.
