• Currently building an AI-native property portal from the ground up. Conversational search, intelligent matching, agent-driven workflows. Real estate is the proving ground. The architecture is designed to work anywhere.
• Also building multi-agent development tooling. AI agents collaborating on shared codebases with human oversight, LLM-based priority arbitration, and automated merge coordination. Born out of necessity when I needed multiple agents shipping code on the same project without breaking each other.
• Earlier products include Twirrl (360° product photography) and several other experiments across e-commerce and SaaS.
• Consulting clients have included Scout24, AutoScout24, LuxuryEscapes, Partmax (as acting CTO), and Zolidar.

• As the Lead Engineer for REALABS I've been responsible for building and leading a team of people exploring cutting edge technologies.
• Over the last 4 years I have led the team as it explored Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, 3D Scanning & and a range of associated technologies. In the last 4 years I have:
• Prototyped applications for many platforms, from Oculus DK1 to Microsoft Hololens
• Released the first realestate.com.au VR app
• Presented to thousands of agents about disruption and technology trends.
• Developed a strategy for the way that that realestate.com.au explores emerging technology.
• Worked with partners and startups to integrate some of their world class technologies into our portal

• Spent my days (and nights) building a CMS system for Real Estate agents. Worked with a broad range of technologies. Led the technical direction of the team.
• Started with a Rails 2.3, upgraded it to Rails 3.0 after it became available
• Built and managed the servers/stack (Nginx/Passenger)
• Migrated from MySQL/MSSQL to an API based approach
• Helped build a theming system and asset pipeline
• In addition to working on the Rails CMS project:
• I taught 2 classic ASP developers Ruby/Rails and helped them to move from working on the legacy CRM system to working on the Rails CMS.
• Prototyped a method of replacing a legacy CRM by overlaying a Rails app.
• Prototyped a Microsoft Outlook sidebar for Real Estate agents to integrate with a CRM.

• My responsibilities during this project were:
• Created a parser for the CLI configuration utility that has to be used to manage the servers (packaged the parser as a RubyGem).
• Created an API to implement all of the available functionality of the CLI application
• Introduced the team of 7 to Ruby TDD methodology, as they mostly come from a Java background. I'm also helping improve teams general Ruby techniques.
• Setup and configured Continuous Integration (CC.rb)
• Improved general code coverage.
• And plenty of other smaller tasks
