  • At LXME, I spearheaded it's Community led business model, growth & the community product (android & iOS mobile app). Instrumental in shaping its community led fintech model, one of the first in the country to, seamlessly worked across verticals to enable revenue generation, app operations, enabled teams & established the KPIs for LXME enabling its readiness for fund raise. It was a role which started as Head of Community but shaped into donning multiple hats spanning product, business, product marketing, new initiatives et al.
  • A community which achieved 10k+ members in 365 days, topped approx. 5k+ UGC pieces, 30k+ avg. engagement & consistently maintained an avg. active user base of 55%, the BeingLXME community proved that women want to talk all things money, act on it & drive their investment journeys! Furthermore, launch of the mobile application, with 10k+ downloads, active engagement, mapped with user personas & some kickass content, indeed the community continues to thrive & grow each day!
