Since I joined the Group 18 years ago as a senior consultant for the Eastern Europe region, I have been an EOS man through and through. From the very beginning, I felt I was in the right place: I like the people, the culture, the performance. Becoming the CEO of this incredibly dynamic and at the same time almost familiar group is a dream come true for me. Working internationally with colleagues from different countries has had a special impact on me. The potential that we can lift through diversity in the Group seems endless to me. I notice this first of all in myself: I still learn something every day from the diversity of my colleagues, their skills, their experiences and their cultures. And that has always been very important to me in my career: I want to get a little better every day, to learn something every day.
