About

I am deeply passionate about the applications of Generative AI in education. I'm currently spearheading the AI initiatives at the Jaipuria Group where my purpose is to architect a Generative AI technology stack to streamline academic operations, and design interventions that help drive employee adoption of Generative AI. I am an academic turned practitioner. As a former full-time faculty member of organizational behavior, I have had the privilege of teaching students at premier institutions such as XLRI Jamshedpur, XLRI Delhi and IIM Nagpur as a regular faculty. I continue to teach courses on organizational behavior, organizational structure and design, Generative AI and the Future of Work at various institutes including XLRI Delhi, IIM Rohtak, MDI Gurgaon, the National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) and the various Jaipuria Group institutions as a visiting faculty.
