I build products out of operational problems. At Balance, I took over collections for a B2B credit platform. Within 6 months, I’d built an AI-powered collections system from scratch— specialized agentic models, automated multi-channel outreach, real-time analytics—that we’re now selling externally to enterprise customers. What started as “we need better internal tooling” turned into client demos, implementation workshops, and closed deals. This isn’t my first time.
