I help clients choose their words wisely across a variety of industries including: government nonprofits & entities, pharma, health / wellness, automotive, retail, and education (e.g. Novo Nordisk, Abbott, Audi North America, NAPA Auto Parts, Target, Sears, IESO, ESA, Northwestern University, and The Mather (retirement community), to name a few). I have a strong background in content strategy, corporate communications, and marketing. Most recently, I lead a small team of writers for a PR/communications agency called Proof. Prior to that, I led a team of Content Designers (UX Writers and Technical Writers) at a digital agency that delivered front-end product experiences for Audi North America. In my role, I applied best practices, developed and implemented content strategy, and worked with the research team to help meet users' needs and expectations across various platforms and touchpoints—all within an Agile environment (tight deadlines and complex workflows).
