I work in the Founder’s Office at The Hub Bengaluru, building media, experiences, and systems that blend creativity, strategy, and execution. Every day here feels like a live masterclass, one moment it’s storytelling, the next it’s sales, partnerships, or chaos management. It’s teaching me what it really takes to build from scratch while staying clear in the middle of chaos. I didn’t start here. I grew up in Pipariya, a small town in Madhya Pradesh. From boarding life at Daly College to a BBA at Christ University, every step pushed me out of my comfort zone, from 5 a.m. drills to leading 700+ students at college fests. That’s where I learned to show up, execute, and stay consistent. Along the way, I’ve worked across D2C, FMCG, and media startups, from building systems at Nuvr.ai to optimizing factory operations at Maneesh Enterprises. That mix taught me to love two things: clarity and momentum.
