• Led Product Design at Dil Mil, the world's largest South Asian dating app with over 15 million users.
• Led the ideation & development of Mil & Chill Live, the first live social feature in a mainstream dating app. Mil & Chill has seen an average engagement of 6.5 minutes per user, on par with a session of Instagram scrolling.
• Unified the Dil Mil brand to create a more cohesive identity across social, web, app and customer support experiences. Increased NPS & user sentiment significantly.
• Reworked the matching algorithm, leading to more than a 40% increase in matches for new users.
• Overhauled the onboarding flow and introduced a quest system to facilitate swiping for new users. Improved the onboarding funnel conversion rate by 8%, and saw a 95% completion rate for early quests.
• Implemented product-led growth strategies to launch new markets, such as incentive based share systems and profile sharing.

• Worked with the design lead at Deserve, a turnkey credit card company that provides underwriting and software solutions to the credit card stack to clients such as BlockFi, the world’s first crypto credit card.
• Designed branding guidelines for multiple co-brand partners adopting the card, including BlockFi, OppFi, Seneca Women and many others.
• Improved the design system and various flows associated with the digital card experience such as onboarding, the desktop experience and payments.

• Led product design for Card App, a B2B card services app used by 4,000+ banks and credit unions across USA. Ondot Systems was acquired by Fiservin Jan 2021.
• Built the design system component library using atomic design principles.
• Led the design of the HTML and SDK variants of the mobile-native Card App. This product vertical was important in securing multiple clients for Ondot.
• Led various Card App journeys including:
• ◦ Credit card payment flows: Designed the complete experience for making credit card payments, setting up autopay and generally tracking the status of your payments.
• ◦ App-wide accessibility support: Making the app WCAG 2.1 AA compliant across the board.
• Iteratively designed flows and feature improvements in 2-week journeys to improve product discovery and engagement metrics, including:
• ◦ App rating prompts: Providing app rating prompts during moments of delight to increase average rating on the App Store & Play Store. App rating increased from 2.5 to 2.8 in a month after launch.
• ◦ Dynamic onboarding: Created an onboarding experience for card users to go through setting up and customizing their card preferences, in order to increase discoverability of card control features.
• ◦ Transaction details & notifications: Creating a cleaner interface for viewing the transaction list and details, as well as friendly notifications when you perform a transaction.
• ◦ Home page visual uplift: Creating a cleaner user interface for the home page.

• Introduced design sprints to the larger team.

• Designed the scoring system for Fashion Diva, taking into account the complexities of combining different types of fashion.
• Introduced haptic feedback and animations for game menus across the platform, increasing engagement.
• Created dynamic animations and particle effects for various games.
