• Gruhaa was conceptualized while working with the under-priveleged families during Ujjivan. Vision behind Gruhaa was to reduce construction cost by giving modular, scalable approach to single-storey housing. To achive this vision, we had designed lego like brick and started manufacturing it from the waste material named Fly Ash. During the Gruhaa journey, we did lot of construction projects, which involved Swach Bharat Abhiyaan Toilets and individual houses.
• Unltd India, supported us right from idea to implementation along with seed money. Later Gruhaa was also incubated by ISB, Hyderabad. Due to scalability issues, we sold Gruhaa's assets and machine design to a construction company.

• I was fortunate to start my career in one of the "Great Place to Work" company. As a Mangement Trainee, my 1st project was to start 3 new branches in the district of Jalgaon, Maharashtra. It required me to plan and execute range of different function right from conducting area survey to ensure the branch profitability.
• For next project, I was moved to Nashik to start Individual lending business which included Business, Housing and Education loans. For the same, I was nominated as Best Manager for FY 14-15 and the Nashik business received 'Best Individial loan Hub' award in FY 15-16.
