  • The product side worked — we built API integrations with Apple Health, Google Fit and 5 others (first in India for 80+ activities), shipped social features, gamification loops, and saw users increase weekly workout scores by 11%.
  • The growth side was where it got hard. We didn't have a repeatable system to turn what was working into a predictable marketing engine. We could build product, but we couldn't answer "what's actually driving growth and how do we do more of it."
