My core belief is that we will see a new category of software in the next decade, one that can encode human judgment ( Decision layer software ) —not to automate the job, but to help humans make better decisions. Most work decisions aren’t hard because of policy. They’re hard because of people, timing, and context. Taking leave is a good example. The question is rarely “Can I?” It’s “Is this a good time?” “Will this cause friction?” “Will I have to explain myself?” I’m building Keeper to help teams answer that before the question is asked. Keeper is a leave decisions copilot for teams — it helps employees see which dates are likely to be easy, which might need a conversation, and which are better avoided. Not by enforcing rules, but by learning how each team actually works. My work sits at the intersection of judgment, software, and everyday work decisions. I’m interested in building products that don’t just store information — but help people make better calls in the moment and learning how people actually decide, not just what they decided.
