• Performed testing to ensure branches were ready to go live with new platform and performed backups of branch financial data on AS/400 operating system. Involved in training of branch staff to assist with conversion to Windows based banking platform.
• Specified and developed intranet site deployed throughout ten Caribbean countries
• Produced user documentation for online Access, SQL and Lotus Notes databases and management tools used to track project status, staff responsibilities and timelines.
