The goal is to ensure a fit between the offer and its underlying technology, the market opportunity, the revenue generation process (from awareness and consideration to lead capture and conversion) and the ability of the organization to scale. My passion is to understand how things connect and to bring about new connections. I am currently working on how to develop and apply value models across the customer journey, from product management and product marketing, to sales, customer success and finance.
