I am AVP of Corporate Marketing & Global Head of Brand and Academic Relations at Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. Along with my team I design and execute the entire framework of Infosys’ relationships with global academia including its highly recognised internship program called Infosys InStep. I am also the Chairperson of AIESEC India, AIESEC is the world’s largest student and youth run organisation. Its mission and ability to transcend borders is incredible, bringing the power of global youth together for solving the most pressing global issues. I have over 18 years of experience in corporate marketing, academic relations, and business analysis, working with people from over 100 nationalities and traveling to over 80 countries. As a marketing and academic relations leader, I have initiated and won deals worth over US$400 million, led teams across continents, and built an active network of 15,000+ business and academic influencers globally. I have also received prestigious awards such as the Economic Times Young Leader Award often touted as India’s 30 under 30 and the I AM WOMAN Award for my contribution to women empowerment. Additionally, I have been a scholarship candidate at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I have studied specialized courses in entrepreneurship, design thinking, leadership and more. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise in communication, negotiation, project management, content writing, and coaching to create value for my organisation and its stakeholders, and to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders.
