About

I lead internal communications and workplace experience for Eightfold AI, focused on helping the organization stay aligned as we scale. I thrive in complex environments where priorities are shifting, teams are growing quickly, and leaders need to communicate clearly and consistently. My role is to bring structure and clarity to that. I define how company priorities, decisions, and changes are communicated so employees understand what matters and where to focus. I focus on helping companies move faster by making priorities, decisions, and expectations clear across the organization. I’ve built internal communications functions from the ground up, including designing and launching a global intranet and establishing the systems and governance needed to support communication at scale. Over time, my scope has expanded beyond communications to include workplace experience and executive operations, giving me a more complete view of how teams operate and how leaders show up. I’m most effective in roles where internal communications is expected to drive alignment and execution, not just messaging.
