I work with pharma teams on improving how commercial decisions are made across marketing, field, and access functions. Most teams today don’t struggle with data availability. The real challenge is making insights usable in day-to-day decisions, especially when conditions vary across markets, channels, and payer environments. At MathCo, we’ve been working on bringing together data, models, and workflows into decision systems that help teams move faster from insight to action. A lot of the work spans areas like budget allocation, campaign effectiveness, field execution, and access-driven decision-making.
