  • Prepare job lists for shutdown testing and inspection (T&I) requirements for all equipment and piping circuits and participates to finalize the T&I scope of work.
  • Active participation in Route Cause Analysis (RCA) of any failure for static equipment/ piping related problems. Based on the analysis, providing recommendations viz. metallurgy/ material upgrade, process related controls, design changes etc. to avoid recurrence of failure in same or identical other units.
  • Prepare the maintenance assistance, inspection test plans , finalize the inspection strategies , manage the manpower, outsource the different inspection vendors such as PEC, AET,IRIS, boroscopy vendors
