I take frontier AI and build production systems that enterprises can trust, scale and use. As a founder CTO with a venture background, I bring together product, infrastructure, governance and commercial execution to move teams from MVP to pilot to production. This is the hardest jump in AI and the one I specialise in. Thirteen years ago I worked in cyber as it moved from niche to mainstream. The playbook was velocity, risk management and defensible value. The same applies to AI today, only with higher speed. I apply those lessons across architecture, machine learning operations, security, pricing and stakeholder alignment, ensuring AI is not only smart but also dependable and shippable. My skills include clarifying business problems, shaping the smallest valuable product, proving repeatability, designing real time data flows and embedding production readiness. This covers observability, rollback, policy and cost control.
