Over the past decade, I have worked closely with some of India’s top brands to build scalable, customer-first businesses. Today, my focus is on shaping the future of commerce by embedding intelligence into every layer, helping retailers make smarter decisions, design better experiences, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscape. My journey into retail wasn’t planned, it unfolded through curiosity, a love for solving complex problems, and a deep belief in the power of technology to transform businesses. At Fynd, I have been fortunate to be part of a team that’s not just building products, but shaping how retail works, from storefronts to supply chains to strategy. Along the way, I have had countless behind-the-scenes conversations with founders, CXOs, and operators, about growth, grit, pivots, and personal stories we rarely hear. Outside of work, I’m a mom navigating the juggle between boardrooms and bedtime stories. I’m also passionate about mentoring early-stage founders and women in tech, especially those building in high-intensity, often male-dominated spaces.
