I've led configuration and attribute-based quoting capabilities that has improved user experience and deal velocity. I've designed product release processes that cut go-to-market time. Understanding customers deeply, breaking down complex problems systematically, and building trusted relationships across engineering, design, sales, and operations that turn strategy into reality. My experience spans the full Quote-to-Cash lifecycle from opportunity creation through configuration, pricing, quoting, contract management, order fulfilment, and entitlements.
