About

As CEO and Co-Founder of CodeCargo, I’m building the next generation of DevEx tools for enterprises adopting GitHub at scale. Our platform blends AI, automation, and best-practice workflows to accelerate legacy CI/CD modernization and improve developer productivity. My passion is helping engineering organizations remove barriers, deliver with confidence, and unlock the full potential of their teams. Prior to CodeCargo, I was the CEO and co-founder of BoxBoat, where I led a team of container experts and industry thought leaders who helped organizations deliver software faster and revolutionize their business model with Kubernetes and containers. Under my leadership, BoxBoat provided strategic technical implementation and planning of continuous integration and delivery services, application modernization through microservice architectural refactoring, and cloud migration services for clients across various industries and sectors. We were bought by IBM in 2021. Prior to BoxBoat, I held executive roles in sales, IT strategy, and professional services at Urban Engines (acquired by Google), Triad Technology Partners, Oracle, IBM, and other software companies. I have a proven track record of building high-growth companies, developing customer and partner relationships, leading sales teams, and delivering wow for every customer experience. I am passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges and create value for stakeholders.
