I lead Microsoft’s Office Product Group, where we build the tools millions of people rely on every day to create, communicate, and get work done. My focus is on reimagining productivity for the AI era: bringing together product, design, and engineering to deliver intelligent, agentic and end-to-end experiences across Microsoft 365. This includes Microsoft 365 applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notebooks, and our video platform ClipChamp. I previously led Office Engineering, where we transformed how we build and ship products—shifting from multi-year release cycles to continuous, evergreen delivery. That evolution continues to shape how we innovate today. I’ve spent my career in engineering and product leadership at Microsoft, with a deep foundation in Excel and Access. Across every role, my focus has remained the same: building products that people depend on and evolving them to meet the next generation of work. Outside of Microsoft, my interest are my family, reading, and my philanthropic work to create more opportunities for young women.
