Business operator turned founder with a track record of scaling large consumer revenue engines in competitive markets. Currently, I am the Founder of ANA PlayLabs Global, an applied AI company building a portfolio of intelligent learning products for early learners that are designed to strengthen foundational skills while giving parents meaningful visibility into their child’s development. My experience spans both Growth Leadership and full P&L Ownership. At Airtel, I led Digital Growth at national scale, managing a ₹300Cr+ annual acquisition budget across consumer businesses including Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, and DTH. I later ran the Postpaid and International Roaming categories with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, revenue, customer experience and portfolio direction. Earlier, I was part of the OYO growth team during a defining phase of hyper-scale, where I developed a deep bias for performance-driven experimentation and operating discipline. I began my career at Network18, developing a strong grounding in brand strategy and consumer behaviour. I enjoy solving hard problems and building businesses that are designed to last.
