About

I am a Program Manager with 10+ years at Amazon, where I have consistently worked at the intersection of product thinking and program execution. While my title has been Program Manager, the work I have done is fundamentally product oriented. Identifying gaps, defining what needs to be built, shaping PRDs, and driving initiatives from discovery through launch. What I enjoy most is the upstream work. Understanding where customers or stakeholders are underserved, figuring out what the right solution looks like, and when that is not possible, defining the next best thing. That thinking led me to design and productize a self serve pricing guardrail tool that reduced a 3 week process to 3 days, eliminating stakeholder dependency on Tech entirely. It also led me to own and launch an external vendor communication, approved by Legal and leadership, introducing a new marketplace feature directly to Amazon vendors. Across my career I have owned competitive benchmarking frameworks, written PRDs, influenced product roadmaps, and synthesized customer and market insights into actionable recommendations. I have partnered closely with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Business teams to deliver measurable outcomes at scale, including driving ~$150M in operational impact through governance and process standardization, blocking 550K+ bot driven abuse attempts through scalable validation mechanisms, and enabling ~45K incremental matches through structured competitor intelligence. I am now making a deliberate move into a formal Product Manager role. The skills I have been applying for years, customer insight, gap analysis, product definition, and pragmatic solution finding, are ones I want to own fully. I am looking for a role where I can own the full product lifecycle and build things that genuinely improve how people work and make decisions. Open to Product Manager roles. Focus areas: - Product & pricing strategy alignment - Roadmap influence & PRD collaboration - Market research & insights translation - Competitive intelligence & benchmarking - Escalation governance & control gap identification - GTM execution & cross functional delivery
