A collaborative and initiative-driven person, Diksha has always believed in pursuing her passion and carving her own path. She pursued her PGDM from MICA, Ahmedabad, where she was a part of an award-winning tribal development initiative and a national runner-up at the L'Oréal Sustainability Challenge 2023. Diksha currently works in Brand & Product marketing at BlinkX by JM Financial. Here she worked on brand repositioning and consumer research to drive business growth, launching new pricing models, enhancing communication, and boosting product adoption. Managing 12+ stakeholders, she executed 360° campaigns across digital, TV, print, and BTL, scaling user acquisition and engagement. Additionally, she leads performance marketing and automated communication strategies across channels, driving measurable growth in leads, installs, and retention. During her previous stint at Khaki Heritage Foundation (by Khaki Tours), she organised 100+ online / offline events, generating more revenue streams. Diksha also worked on communications, brand and business strategy for the organisation.  The adversity of lockdown was turned into an opportunity when Diksha started her content writing venture - Pen-Dulum, offering content solutions and workshops to clients.  A graduate in Tourism and a Gold Medal from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, she began her career at Countryside Adventure Holidays, managing content strategy and HNI engagement programs. Her love for travel also led me to start Jauntful Memories. She also mentored budding writers through MyCaptain, and recently started Shilp, an Instagram initiative aimed at celebrating Indian handicrafts. In all her roles, I’ve been consistently appreciated for my creativity, dedication, and ability to bring stories to life.
