About

I co-founded DesignSense Software Technologies in the year 2013. DesignSense Software is a CAD-CAM-GeoData solutions company and the nation-wide distributor for BricsCAD in India. Our mission is not to re-invent the wheel, but to improve productivity in CAD and engineering design using currently available technologies. DesignSense is the pan-India distributor of BricsCAD which is the platform product for DesignSense products. One of my initial roles in DesignSense has been to ramp up BricsCAD sales across India. I did this by building and managing a network of Bricsys resellers in India and building the sales and support infrastructure to make this happen. Under DesignSense, BricsCAD as a brand grew significantly in India in the year 2014 displacing all other .dwg platforms and earned a significant mind and market share. With a mature sales team in place now, I am currently handling "Micro-Verticals solutions" in the company and am engaged in the development of our CAD productivity tools like CADPower & GeoTools. Also included in our Micro--Verticals portfolio are software for mining and geology, RCC detailing, land data & parcel management and the like.
