I help businesses grow their sales by increasing two important factors, closing ratio and average sale. This is done by understanding why in-home financing is important to homeowners and how to integrate in-home financing within the business. I partner with business owners identify gaps and help deliver solutions to address those gaps. The solutions range from sales training, incorporating financing into operations, creating effective marketing, and blending financing fees into their cost. My customers sell large ticket products and services that can range from $8K-$80K in-home. The average homeowner does not have the capital on hand for that investment. In-home financing makes that investment affordable. I work with one-man operations that have $250K in annual sales all the way up to large corporations that have annual sales in excess of $50M.
