In 2017, I was Managing Director of a ₹1,000-crore FDI-backed real estate company. By year's end, I was facing 213 civil lawsuits and 11 criminal FIRs. The promoters fled to London and Dubai. I stayed. I navigated ED summons, income tax raids, hostile regulators, and relentless public scrutiny — not as a consultant, but as Accused No. 10. That experience became the foundation of Inojo Interim Management, the crisis management firm I founded in 2019. Now I parachute into companies in freefall: shareholder wars, union standoffs, regulatory sieges, mafia threats. I'm the person you call when everyone else has walked out. My book Confessions of a Crisis Manager (Juggernaut, 2026) is the unvarnished account of how crises really unfold in India — and what it takes to survive them.
