• Working on UNICA-eMarketing tool. Unica is a brand within IBM’s software group comprising multiple marketing management products. Configuration of Unica campaigns in Unica eMessage node. Unica Campaign enables users to design, execute, and analyse direct marketing campaigns. Campaigns are made up of one or more flowcharts that you design to perform a sequence of actions on your data for executing your campaigns. Flowcharts are made up of processes, which you configure to perform the actual data manipulation, contacts, scheduling, and response tracking required for your campaign.
• Currently working on Unica 9.1.Earlier hands on Unica 8.2 as well.
• Campaign designing, configuration, flowchart configuration, scheduling of campaign in UNICA.
• Develop eMail campaigns end:end in Unica marketing automation environment
• Develop content to deliver eMail campaign, including development of the eMail, Web landing page, and associated customer forms - requires implementation of HTML tracking codes, dynamic content, and personalization variables. Manage table catalogs associated to Unica.
• Implement eMail flow in Unica marketing automation platform based on template flow types.
• Worked on Oracle tool/NSQ tool (OPRD) for creating and updating of typical configuration. Typical Configuration is the products of the company and these products are available world-wide. Critical responsibility as any updation or creation of the products were live on the page and available/readable to customers across the globe.
• Responsibility/Project Details:
• Being part of the WW marketing operations team, I am handling eMarketing of the Keysight product related with different domain like Electronics, telecommunication and radio.
• Which consist the products Signal generator, Signal analyzer, Spectrum analyzer, Vector Network Analyzer, In-Circuit tester, Power Supply, FieldFox analyzer and generators, Telecommunications Insulation Resistance Tester.
