• My team is a part of CSC’s Offering Engineering and Development Group. Our team is more into Thought Leadership and is a part of Portfolio Services. The overall group is responsible for creating Standard Services which can be offered to existing or prospective clients. We create a Standard Service Solution on top of Vendor Platform (SCCM 2012) and are responsible for complete Lifecycle Management of the Solution starting from Brainstorming, then Deciding the Features, Evaluating different Products, Finding ways to Integrate them with the Vendor Platform, Internal Testing and Documentation Creation, Helping Operations teams perform UAT, Releasing the Product / Service, Delivering Demos, Helping the Implementation Team to Implement the application and End of Product Lifecycle Management.
