Recruitment/Operation : Involves activities such as screening profiles, scheduling candidates, coordinating recruitment events, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Joining Formalities: Checking documents for all employees on their date of joining, completing the joining formalities, issuing employee IDs, arranging workstations, and assisting employees with punch-in/out procedures. Onboarding: Managing the entire post-offer to joining process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, and facilitating their integration into the organization. MIS Report: Collating and preparing reports related to recruitment activities, such as candidate data, hiring metrics, and other relevant information. Attendance Management: Taking care of employee attendance in real-time through attendance management software and using the Woco attendance software. Employee Master Sheet: Preparing and maintaining an employee master sheet, which typically contains relevant employee information such as personal details, job roles, and other related data. Determine a competitive salary range based on industry standards, internal equity, and candidate's experience. Engage in offer negotiations with the selected candidate to discuss salary, benefits, and other terms Prepare a formal offer letter that includes details of the position, compensation, benefits, and other relevant terms and conditions HR Compliance: Taking care of HR compliance tasks, such as managing PF (Provident Fund) accounts, UAN (Universal Account Number) registration, and assisting with payroll processes.
