I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner, and I lead Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) business in Europe, Middle East, South America & Africa BCG is a leading management consultant firm with over 90 offices in more than 50 countries around the world with 20,000+ talented individuals, partnering with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. My client work focuses on high-impact change programs for clients in the building materials, metals and mining, and chemical industries. Examples include digital transformations, M&A situations, and postmerger integrations, as well as stand-alone transformation programs. In addition, I have also worked extensively with private equity firms. I grew up near the Alps, so I enjoy any and all activities that involve the mountains in my free time, whether it’s hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter (if the weather is right).
