My journey abroad started when I was working with non-profit organizations and discovering how much I love connecting with people and making a real impact. That curiosity brought me to the Netherlands, where I completed a Master’s in Social, Health, and Organizational Psychology, learning not just about team dynamics and organizational structures, but also what makes people thrive at work. During my studies, I jumped into a Talent Acquisition internship at a large international company, seeing recruitment from the company’s side and understanding the challenges of finding the right fit. After that, I explored agency recruitment, helping clients across industries find talent that really clicks.
