Current role comprises of managing Indirect Procurement for Nvidia’s International Sites (APAC, EMEA and Latin America). I manage a multi-cultural / multi-national team spread over China, Hong Kong, Germany and India. The role allows me to look after Strategic Sourcing & Spend Analytics, TCO/ROI Modeling and Analyze RFPs/RFIs. I’ve practically started the Spend Analytics and International Sourcing Practice in India by building up competency and resources at the Pune Office. We now support all our Global Offices from India. Real Estate and New Office fitouts is a specialty with experience of delivering a million+ square feet of office space across various geographies including India, APAC and EMEA. My current role also involves new age process improvement initiatives like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the procurement environment and leveraging Machine Learning and AI for evolving to Industry 4.0
