I help CHROs and Chief People Officers at enterprise and mid-to-large tech companies eliminate HR workflow waste and implement AI that actually sticks — without compliance failures or internal resistance. Most HR leaders are under pressure to “do something with AI,” but face real constraints: Manual, repeatable work consuming capacity across their teams Legal, compliance, and employee-relations risk AI pilots that never make it past experimentation I work with HR leadership teams at the operations layer — where strategy meets execution — to redesign core HR workflows and implement AI in a way that delivers measurable results while remaining safe, governed, and adopted. I refer to these time-draining workflows as “workflow waste” (often called “Zombie Work”): repeatable HR tasks that consume hours every week but create little strategic value. My work focuses on: Identifying high-volume HR workflows suitable for automation Redesigning processes before introducing AI Implementing compliant AI solutions with clear governance and human oversight Driving adoption so systems are used in day-to-day operations Measuring impact in hours saved, manual work reduced, and sustained usage I bring experience from both sides of the problem.
