• 1. Debug customer issues regarding voice quality based on wireshark traces and work with freeswitch support to come to a closure

• Solved critical issues which occurred in AT&T and Bell(canada ) deployments. Received letters of appreciation from customers and vendors for quick resolution of critical issues with regards to roaming issues in AT&T.

• Part of the team which developed a proprietary PTT solution to be deployed by Docomo in japan (this was the first PTT solution ever deployed by a large carrier)
