• I was also responsible for daily operations and zonal activities. Gave full focus on Vendor Development Program and became the first Sr. Manager to have added more than a hundred suppliers in less than 06 months and that too on revenue sharing basis.
• Duty slip closure and accuracy was achieved up to 98% which was earlier below our targets.

• Started my most lovable journey as an executive and came off as manager for city operations.
• I was responsible for for daily operational activities, vendor management, billing and invoices submission, staffing and manpower allocation.
